GIR-GER seals have been designed and manufactured to improve customers service with a new technology that reduces seals' cost and provides a longer-life service, being this seals mounted in a closed housing groove. Designed for hydraulic cylinders simple effect, are suitable for pumps, press machines and in particular for earth moving equipment, when the consumption of the seal is remarkable since all normal type commercialized wear very frequently, and in those cases in which working spaces are reduced and low costs are necessary.They are composed of two pieces: a ring in PTFE material that provides excellent sealing, low friction, high wear resistance and excellent corrosion resistance and by a TECNORING ring in synthetic rubber which acts as a pusher seal ring .
