Piston seals C in NBR can be replaced with GPC seals. C series seals, also called cover seals, are made of NBR 90 Shore A and are suitable for pneumatic cylinder's pistons. Its profile, hence the name C, do not gurarantees a completely automatic sealing as shown in working conditions: pressure 40 bar, 0,25 m/s speed and temperature from -30°C to about 10°C. Besides the standard material we can supply this seal - on request - in other compounds: FKM (Viton), EPDM, VMQ(Silicon) if used with aggressive fluids, food applications or high temperatures.
