The LWA type lightweight wiper is designed to keep ball bushes or bearings in guide units clean.
It is housed in the external part on the diameter of the bush and the coupling is guaranteed by a groove (like that of an external seeger) where the scraper step is inserted.
The very flexible lip of the scraper does not affect the smoothness of the guide unit.
The material used is a 90 Shore A polyurethane which resists wear very well and very well at low temperatures while always remaining flexible.
For assembly it is recommended to eliminate all sharp edges and burrs in the scraper housing. It is also recommended to grease the system.
