GIP is a single acting rod seal.
GIP are composed of two elements, a PU sealing ring and an o-ring which has the function of energizing the seal.
The GIP has also been designed as a secondary seal where it is necessary to ensure a reliable seal of the cylinders. In tandem, the seal works better and counteracts pressure variations.
It can also be used with double lip wipers.
