The VUBA series parachute valve is used to automatically block a sudden increase in flow rate of a hydraulic user.
Valves used to prevent the uncontrolled descent of the CYLINDER in the event of a system or pipe breakage. Upon a sudden increase in flow (reaction flow) the valve comes into operation, closing the flow.
Recommended in combination with a flow control valve.
Operation :
The flow passes freely from A to B and vice versa under normal working conditions. In the event of a sudden increase in the flow rate from B to A, the valve plate moves, completely blocking the passage. In the case of a plate with a calibrated hole, the flow, after an initial stop, slowly flows out. To increase the flow rate to be controlled, increase the opening thickness S or, vice versa, to reduce it.
