GIR-GER seals are suitable for hydraulic cylinders, both simple and double-acting, in pumps, press machines and earth moving equipment when the seals' consuption is significative, friction is low, the space reduced and low cost is necessary. GIR-GER are available in two versions: GER (piston head applications) and GIR (rod application), composed of two seperate parts. The dynamic element available in reinforced PTFE - which offers excellent sealing, low friction and high wear resistance to corosion - and an energizing elastomeric part TECNORING in synthetic rubber which works as a radial sealing force.
